明治科技同仁於2024年中參加苓業國際教育訓練之後組織成立執行動力團隊，並選定"管好自己的小聲音"這本書作為讀書會的教材。 2025年一月上旬進行心得發表競賽。茲依各組主題將其活動過程花絮及評比成績與獲獎喜悅與大家共享。 In mid-2024, Core members of Crystech Co., Ltd. participated in international education training course by Lingye Team and subsequently organized an execution power team. After that we selected the book named the "Manage Your Inner Voice" as the reading material for our study group. In early January 2025, a reflection presentation competition was held. Here, we would like to share with everyone the highlights of each group's activities along with their evaluation results and award celebrations.
